Visitor information

What time is the show open to the public?

The show is open to the public from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.

How much is public entry?

Current entry prices are:

Ticket type

Adult £10

Under 16 £5

Family ticket, up to 2 adults + 3 children £20

Do I need to buy visitor tickets in advance?

At the moment, the event is expected to operate mainly on pay on arrival unless advance ticketing is later confirmed.

Is there parking for visitors?

Yes - Visitor parking arrangements will be confirmed closer to the event. Please follow steward instructions on the day.

Will disabled parking or drop-off be available?

The club is working on a clearer disabled parking and drop-off plan for this year. We know there were issues last year with queues, uneven ground and mobility access, so this is being treated as an important planning point.

Final details will be shared before the event.

Are dogs allowed?

To be confirmed with the venue/event team. Please check back closer to the event.

Exhibitor information

How do I register a vehicle?

All exhibitor bookings should go through the official online registration form.

Registration form: https://forms.gle/G3qAX13UGcPCdmNL7

I do not use email or online forms. Can I still enter?

Yes, but all entries still need to be entered into the same central system. If you have been given a paper form, please return it to the person who gave it to you, or email the completed form to:

wortleyrotary@gmail.com and wortleyrotaryvvs@gmail.com

What time should exhibitors arrive?

Exhibitor arrival is expected to be between 10:00am and 12:00pm.

Please arrive in good time so vehicles can be checked in and positioned before the public opening time.

Do exhibitors receive entry passes?

The current system uses the booking list, vehicle registration number and payment records for check-in. Please make sure the registration details you provide are accurate.

If you have paid by PayPal, please keep your PayPal receipt/payment confirmation available in case it is needed on arrival.

I have paid by PayPal but have not had a reply. Am I confirmed?

The event is run by volunteers, so payment checking can sometimes take time. If you have received a PayPal receipt or payment confirmation, please treat that as evidence that your payment has been made.

The team is checking payments against the exhibitor list.

Can I pay on the day?

Please complete the registration form first. Payment instructions will be provided through the exhibitor process. If you are unsure whether you have paid, bring any PayPal receipt or confirmation with you.

Can I request front-of-hall, tarmac or easier-access parking?

You can make a request, especially where there is a practical access need, but specific spaces cannot be guaranteed.

The current draft position is that the team will try to accommodate practical needs where possible, particularly for disabled access needs and low-ground-clearance vehicles, but parking will be managed by the event stewards on arrival.

Can exhibitors leave before 4:00pm?

Exhibitors should expect to remain in place until the show closes at 4:00pm, unless directed otherwise by event stewards.

The Event Framework notes that exhibitors should not exit before 4pm and that exit arrangements after 4pm need to be clearly communicated in advance.

What exit route will exhibitors use?

Final entry and exit route instructions will be issued before the event. The club is aware that the rougher field route caused concern last year, especially for low, delicate, classic and higher-value vehicles, so the route communication is being reviewed carefully.

Stallholders, sponsors and other enquiries

Can I have a stall at the event?

Please message the page with details of what you would like to offer. Include your name, contact details, stall type and any space or power requirements.

Can I sponsor or advertise at the event?

Please message the page and someone from the team will come back to you. Sponsorship and advertising are being considered as part of the programme and wider event planning.
